1. Titanium Electrodes
Caustic chlorine industries play a major role in producing viscose rayons and chlorine derivatives. Use of graphite electrodes for chlor-alkali production were replaced by activated titanium electrodes (TSIA) due to their long life, low power consumption, resistance to corrosion and better caustic chlorine quality.
At TiCOME Technologies, we manufacture, coat and recoat Titanium electrodes in the forms of louvers, meshes, plates and rods that can be used in a wide variety of industrial applications such as sea water-, drinking water- and swimming pool disinfection. Following a robust manufacturing procedure coupled with a dedicated QC lab, we ensure a service life spanning from 5 years to 8+ years based on the type of coating.
Types of Ti Electrode Coatings
- Triple oxide
- Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO)
- Iridium oxide (IrO2)
- Platinum-Iridium oxide (Pt-IrO2)

2. Ultrafiltration Membranes
With steady increase in global population, the need for recycling and reuse of water resources for industrial and domestic purposes becomes indispensable for the future of our planet. Since its commercialization in the 1960s, water purification using ultrafiltration (UF) technology has found its path into various fields ranging from medicine to dairy. This is primarily due to the UF membranes’ potency and efficiency in separating contaminants, particulates, macromolecules and suspended solids.
TiCOME Technologies are specialized in manufacturing out-to-in and in-to-out Single Bore Membranes (SBM) for different industrial applications. Our capillary-type UF membranes are made of anti-fouling materials with the following characteristics:
- Flux range between 60 and 150 Litre/m²/hr
- Service life of 5 years, based on feed water quality
- No suspended solids
- > 6 log bacterial reduction
- < 0.5 NTU turbidity
Standard Sizes of our SBM membranes
